About Dr. Bridges

I believe that healthcare is a team effort and starts with a good doctor-patient relationship. 

For over 10 years now, I have run our small private clinic and feel honored to be able to continue to do so to serve this amazing community. 

My journey into healthcare began as a child as I fell in love with the 90s hit show Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman. As a teen, I was introduced to alternative medicine by one of my first employers, Susie Hayes LAc, and my late stepmom who practiced Chinese Facial Diagnosis, Lillian Bridges.  I then earned my undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Spanish with the plan to pursue secondary education and become a teacher.  My path changed when I was troubled by digestive complaints around age 20 and referred to a Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Eva Miller.  I was so impressed by Dr. Miller's methods, the variety of treatment tools she utilized, and most of all, by the compassionate patient-physician connection. 

Inspired, I enrolled in Bastyr University. In 2013, I graduated and opened Leavenworth Family Medicine in the Fall with my 6-month-old daughter in my arms.  In 2024, LFM became Leavenworth Integrative Medicine with a mission to provide sustainable and integrative healthcare. In the end, I actually became a "teacher" of medicine (the word doctor comes from the Latin word docere which means teacher).
