I believe that healthcare is a team effort and starts with a good doctor-patient relationship.
For over 12 years now, I have run our small private clinic and feel honored to be able to continue to do so to serve this amazing community.
My journey into healthcare began as a child as I fell in love with the 90s hit show Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman. As a teen, I was introduced to alternative medicine by one of my first employers, Susie Hayes LAc, and my late stepmom who practiced Chinese Facial Diagnosis, Lillian Bridges. I then earned my undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Spanish with the plan to pursue secondary education and become a teacher. My path changed when I was troubled by digestive complaints around age 20 and referred to a Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Eva Miller. I was so impressed by Dr. Miller's methods, the variety of treatment tools she utilized, and most of all, by the compassionate patient-physician connection.
Inspired, I went back to college to get all of my science prerequisites completed to be able to attend Bastyr University. After graduating in 2013, I opened Leavenworth Family Medicine in the Fall with my 6-month-old daughter in my arms. In 2023, I rebranded LFM to LIM with a mission to provide medical care that seamlessly integrates western medicine and naturopathic medicine. Although, my clinical focus has been predominantly in primary care, I also enjoy:
BHRT
Women's health
Pediatrics
Sports medicine
Digestive health
Dermatology
Nutrition
In my free time, I can be found rock climbing, cooking, writing, painting and playing with my two children in the great outdoors.

I am proud to serve your entire family as a primary care provider in this valley!
I believe that as an integrative physician, it is my responsibility to educate each patient on the full spectrum of diagnostic and treatment options. I am passionate about the influence of diet and lifestyle on health and aim to utilize evidence-based medicine with the goal of helping each patient reach their full potential of health.
I received my undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology with a minor in Music from the University of California, Berkeley. I spent five years working as a researcher for a company focused on developing a screen for early lung cancer. I then earned a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University while conducting research on natural products for the adjunctive treatment of prostate cancer. I began my career with a residency in family medicine at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, WA.
After completing my residency in 2018, I worked at West Seattle Natural Medicine and then in 2020, I accepted a position as a provider at NEW Health, a community health organization serving rural communities in Northeast Washington. In 2023, I realized my dream of living in the Wenatchee Valley and joined Leavenworth Integrative Medicine.
